colin l. powell
After graduating from Baylor University School of Law, Colin began his legal career at HDBD with a focus in product liability.
Before joining the firm, Colin worked as an intern at the U.S. Attorney's Office in Dallas, Texas, where he conducted research and was responsible for drafting on criminal practice and procedure issues. Prior to graduation, Colin served as a summer associate at the firm and gained experience working on personal injury cases.
In 2011, Colin graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Baylor University. While attending law school, he won numerous awards for his impressive efforts in mock trial competitions, and was the winner of the 2013 Bob and Karen Wortham "Top Gun" Fall Practice Court Mock Trial Competition.
