Lindsay Forbes Billups
Lindsay's practice focuses on civil litigation in a variety of areas, including commercial litigation, professional liability, and premises liability.
Lindsay is from the island of Maui and graduated from Seabury Hall in Makawao, Hawaii. As an undergraduate student at New York University, she completed advanced level Arabic coursework and studied abroad for a semester in Tel Aviv, Israel. During law school, Lindsay interned for Senior District Judge David A. Ezra in the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas in San Antonio, as well as for the United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Texas in Tyler. Prior to joining HDBD, she completed a fellowship with the Office of the Attorney General in the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit.
In her free time, Lindsay can be found playing with her rescue hound, Goose, and her rabbit, Murphy. She is a voracious reader and devoted Star Trek fan.
