Brian P. DeVoss
Brian has an excellent track record representing court-appointed receivers in Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) securities fraud actions and other regulatory and commercial disputes.
Such cases involve distressed asset issues, insider claims, foreign asset recovery, claims administration, and sometimes parallel civil and criminal claims against both the individuals and assets involved.
Before joining HDBD, Brian practiced at a large Dallas-based law firm where he served as lead attorney for several business transaction and litigation matters.
A graduate of Southern Methodist University (BBA) and Tulane Law School, Brian is admitted to practice in both Texas and Louisiana. He was selected by his peers for the 2013 Texas Rising Stars list, published by Thompson Reuters.
