Brad joined Hartline Dacus Barger Dreyer LLP in 2013 after gaining experience as a litigator with another well-respected, Dallas-based law firm. His practice focuses on products liability, premises liability, and employer liability cases, involving catastrophic injuries and death. He currently serves as national and regional counsel for various product manufacturers and sellers. Throughout his career, Brad has defended numerous commercial litigation matters involving claims of fraud, embezzlement, breach of contract, and property damage. Currently, Brad serves as the National Marketing Co-Chair for the Defense Research Institute’s (DRI) Young Lawyer’s Committee.
Brad grew up in Dallas and attended the University of Texas at Austin and Baylor Law School. While at Baylor, he competed as a member of the Administrative Law Moot Court team and litigated numerous mock trials. He coached the AAJ National Champion Mock Trial Team and National Qualifying Client Counseling Team. He served as an editor of “A Practical Guide to Texas Evidence: Objections, Responses, Rules, and Practice Commentary”, Fourth Edition, by Professor Gerald Powell.
