Brandon W. Maxey


Brandon Maxey has represented clients in appellate and trial courts across Texas. His matters have involved a wide range of subject areas, including business disputes, employer liability, products liability, and First Amendment issues. Brandon has experience in all facets of litigation, and was embedded on a trial team that achieved a complete defense verdict in a California toxic tort case.

While attaining his law degree at the University of Arkansas, Brandon served as an editor for the Arkansas Law Review. Further, he was a teaching and research assistant for two prominent professors in property and constitutional law.

Prior to law school, Brandon earned a degree in public affairs–which included experience in public relations and media training. Brandon also has extensive experience on political campaigns, including work on the presidential, gubernatorial, and local levels.
