Noe has been practicing law in Texas for almost 30 years, though he is also admitted to practice in California. When Noe came to Texas, he clerked for the Honorable Hayden Head, Jr. in federal district court in Corpus Christi. In addition, Noe has experience living on the east coast, having attended Harvard Law School in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
Noe has the ability to adapt quickly to new circumstances and new areas of the law, as demonstrated by the wide variety of his litigation and commercial experience. His practice has included cases in the areas of bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, asbestos, torts, personal injury, and commercial and business litigation.
Noe has strong writing skills and extensive appellate experience. He has handled or assisted in appeals involving state courts, bankruptcy courts, federal courts of appeal, and the United States Supreme Court. Noe has also prepared numerous papers on issues pertaining to creditors’ rights.
Noe’s parents are from Monterrey, Mexico, and Noe is fluent in Spanish. He has participated in numerous cases involving legal and business matters pertaining to Latin America. He has also used his Spanish skills in many pro bono projects assisting Spanish-speaking individuals.Telephone: 361.866.8040
