With an active trial practice extending over 30 years, Richard joined the firm in 2004 as a partner in the firm’s Corpus Christi office. After serving in the Armored Cavalry, he began his full-time legal practice in Corpus Christi in 1972 with an emphasis on business and commercial litigation. During the course of his career, Richard’s practice has expanded to include a broad scope of legal experience. He has successfully defended a diverse range of clients, from automobile manufacturers and component part suppliers to physicians and medical device companies.
